You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
All ride fares are calculated based on time, distance, demand, and other dynamic factors.
Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or through the EGPay wallet.
No-show or cancellation charges may apply according to our cancellation policy.
EGCab may provide a wallet feature for storing credits and making payments.
Users are responsible for maintaining adequate wallet balance.
EGPay wallet top-up may be done through authorized payment gateways or retail partners.
Wallet balances are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to:
Use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes
Harass or abuse drivers or staff
Use bots or unauthorized scripts to access the platform
Attempt to hack, modify, or disrupt the services
Drivers on the platform are required to have valid licenses and meet safety standards.
EG Cab verifies vehicle and driver details to a reasonable extent but does not guarantee suitability or safety.
EGCab is not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Delays or failures in service due to unforeseen technical or environmental issues
Any personal injury, loss, or damage during a trip
Users may cancel bookings before pickup without penalty within a specific time frame.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method or wallet.
All content on EGCab.com—including logos, software, text, and images—is the property of EG Cab and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to such data collection and usage.
EGCab may suspend or terminate your account or access to the service at its sole discretion, especially for violations of these Terms or abuse of the platform.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be settled in Egyptian courts.
